{Welcome}

Hello Everyone!

I have been contemplating this blog for a while now, and feel like it is time to open it up! I am going to mostly be posting my creativity on here, as well as my monthly giveaways.

I am a stay at home mother of 2 wonderful kids. And the wife to an amazing Marriage & Family Therapist. I was inspired once I had my daughter Daphne, and wanted her to have unique hair pieces. I love being creative and know that is stems from my Mother.

As a child I remember my mom always in the kitchen or in the garage. The Kitchen was the place where she was always getting us a snack or making us breakfast, lunch or dinner. As well as her FAMOUS chocolate chip cookies. The Garage was were she was working. She was a tole painter, and would be using her scroll saw or sander to make her amazing hand painted pieces that she would sell. She was a hard worker and a loving mother, to not only her 8 children, but also the 8 other kids she had running around in her home. She ran a daycare in our home from the time I was in Elementary School to help with the finances. And to this day, we still have contact with them because she had such an impact in their lives.

I truly hope that everyone that comes here can find something they love and know that everything is handmade, and handcut, and from the heart :)
